NFPE & AIPEU-GDS(NFPE) JOINTLY FILED WRIT PETITION IN SUPREME COURT OF INDIA PRAYING :

(1) a direction be issued to the respondent to treat the Gramin Dak Sevaks as Civil Servants for all purposes at par with the other regular members of the civil services and regular employees in relation to all service matters including the pension and all retiral benefits, and

(2) the Department of Posts, Gramin Dak Sevaks (Conduct and Engagement) Rules, 2011 be declared invalid and unconstitutional.

It is informed that the beloved father (96) of Com.N.Sammaiah, Circle Secretary, AIPEU-GDS Telangana passed away on Sunday (10-07-2017) evening in Warangal.

AIPEU-GDS, A.P Circle Union conveyed deep grief and condolences to the family members on the demise of their beloved ones.
